The show is this week and my tickets haven't arrived, they've been lost, or they've been damaged. What can I do?

Why can't I find an event on the website?
Below are a few reasons or suggestions to help you with your search.
- No performances are currently scheduled for the WaMu Theater, date, or artist you may have selected.
- WaMu Theater will only list an event after all information is confirmed with artist management. Events are always listed in time to purchase tickets the day they are put on sale.
- Check the proper spelling of the artist, band, or building. All words must be spelled correctly.
- Check to see you entered the proper Search Type and the corresponding artist, city, zip, or building.
- Make sure there is spacing between your words (i.e. Celine Dion, not celinedion)
- Try a different search method. Search by city or zip instead of artist name or building name.
- The event may not be officially promoted by WaMu Theater or AEG Live. You may want to try finding the event on the Bands official website or Ticketmaster.
How do I buy tickets?
Online - Click the "Buy Tickets" link on the SHOW DETAILS page of the Band you would like to see.
Phone - You may purchase tickets by calling Ticketmaster at 206-628-0123.
Box Office - You may purchase tickets directly at the building box office located at Qwest Field 800 Occidental Ave, Seattle, WA 98134. Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, and open on Event nights for one hour before showtime until one hour after the show has begun.
Outlet - You may purchase tickets directly at a local retailer like Fred Meyer or Joe's Sports Outdoor & More. Find an outlet near you here.
How do I purchase accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available for sale through the official ticketing company for the venue. Instructions can be found on Ticketmaster's website.
What time zone is used for the show time and on sale time?
All dates and times are local.

WaMu Theater only accepts resumes submitted through our corporate website. A current listing of available job openings can be found on this page.
How can I meet the band?
Only the artist record company, artist management, or artist fan club grant backstage access or meet n' greet opportunities. WaMu Theater does not handle artist access with the rare occasion of a contest run on wamutheater.com. Not all shows will have a contest to win the opportunity to meet the band.
How do I get directions to the show?

Please call Ticketmaster, not the WaMu Theater, if you run into any of these issues within 3 days prior to the event. They have information to track your order and recommend a solution. You can find directions on how to reach customer service at Ticketmaster here.
What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?
Please call Ticketmaster to receive a refund or exchange for a postponed or cancelled event. Instructions for Ticketmaster regarding postponed and cancelled events are here.
