Accessible seating is available for those who need it. For reserved shows, make sure to purchase a designated accessible seat when getting your tickets. For general admission shows, when you arrive at the venue, let the ushers know and they will work to find a seat for you on the accessible seating platform, note that seating is limited. Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in WAMU Theater. All other animals are prohibited.
Government- funded Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required for ticketed guests with severe disabilities may receive complimentary admission to WAMU Theater events. Subject to availability, PCAs will be provided a seat or alternate location in proximity to the guest. The PCA must not participate in services or attractions apart from the guest who requires assistance from the PCA.
All requests for PCA admission must be made at the time of the guest’s ticket purchase and through the WAMU Theater Box Office at 206-381-7848. Tickets, including that of the PCA and guest, must be picked up in person at the WAMU Theater Box Office.
Should the guest or PCA misrepresent the purpose of the tickets, including PCA’s attendance or that the PCA has acted as a guest rather than performing the functions of a PCA while at an event, WAMU Theater reserve’s the right to eject both the PCA and guest from the event and may lead to revocation of future ticket privileges.

Parking in the garage is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
For guest safety and convenience there is a First Aid Station located in WAMU Theater. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance or directions.

Restrooms are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are also available.
Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in seat relocation, ejection from the stadium, or revocation of ticket privileges.
